Q:  How does the real estate agent commision rebate work?

A: You will be given a check for 25% of the gross commission amount given to your agent in check form after your closing.

Q:  If I'm already working with a realtor can I switch to use a TCHH particpating realtor?

A:  Yes, if you are NOT currenlty entered into a contract with your current real estate agent..  You cannot switch agents if you are currently under contract.  TCHH does not solicit those buyers/sellers currently under a real estate contract.

Q:  Do I have to use all of TCHH's preferredvendors to take advanatge fo the savings?

A:  No, you may use any one or all of  the real estate services we offer.  Obvioulsy the more you use the more you save, however, you are not required to use all of the services.  You may pick and choose as many as you prefer and take advantage of the individual savings/discounts each has to offer.

Q:  How does your program come up with funds to donate to local HERO related charities?

A:  Each TCHH member that is used in the transction allocates an amount from his or her commission to donate to a selected local hero related charity on a quartlery basis.   In addition TCHH does fundraisers (example:  golf tournament) to also raise funds for charity.  Serving and giving back to local heroes is what we are all about.

Q:  There seems to be many "Hero" savings programs available out there.  What makes your different or better?

A:  We applaud anyone giving back to those members of our community who serve, protect and educate us.  We feel that being our program is only directly focused on the local commmunity we all live and work in, we are more knowledge of ALL of the resources our local community has to offer in the form of local and federal real state programs.   In addition everyone of our particpants are up to date on all of the current Twin Cities real state trends & markets.
